Mr KOUADIO Pamphil Alli is a graduate of the London School of Foreign Trade, a department of the University of Cambridge in England, United Kingdom.
Mr. ALLI worked as Executive Director of The Institute of Cultural Affairs International (ICA), French-speaking section in Côte d'Ivoire.
Mr. Alli created and set up the professional school of Brobo (near Bouaké) to allow young people of this locality to learn various trades.
Mr. ALLI then made a brief stint at AIBEF as Executive Director in 1997.
In 1998, he created the NGO Transport 2000 Cote d'Ivoire to defend the interests of public transport users in Abidjan, where he organized the consultation and round table on transport in Abidjan in collaboration with REDDA, benefiting from the institutional support from Transport 2000 Québec,
Canadian Crossroads International and Transport 2000 Canada, funded by CIDA, the Canadian International Development Agency. Since 2005.
Mr. ALLi lives in Canada where he obtained the diploma of specialist in transport and logistics.
